The villa is directly ON the white sand beach of Matemwe ,  facing world famous Mnemba Island. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and their own private terrace. The bedrooms have EU imported boxsprings and super comfortable EU matrasses, very large bathrooms with walk-in showers, large wash hand basins set in a coloured ciment worktop.


On the first floor there is a magnificent covered terrace facing the pool and the turquoise waters of the laguna . All rooms have their own CD player . The master bedroom having a flatscreen digital TV also .
The luxurious lounge which seats 2 times 6 & has a 48 inch flat screen TV, DVD player & CD player, satellite television.
The kitchen is fully fitted to European standards  with winecooler , ice cube machine , freezer , american fridge , expresso machine etc etc etc ……

The staff  will serve you FABULOUS BREAKFASTS OF YOUR CHOICE : Fresh fruit, juices, freshly baked breads and bacon and eggs as well if you wish. The chef is experienced , excellent cook and the will purchase , prepare and cook any meals that you would like. The actual cost of the ingredients from the local markets are extremely reasonable by Western comparison. He will also prepare Western “comfort food” for the children if you wish.

Housekeeping

: Unlike most villas our staff are full time and always on hand to assist you.
All linen, towels, beach towels and towelling bathrobes are included. Our staff – your staff during your stay – will clean the villas every day and provide snacks and drinks at any time to suit you. WE WANT YOU TO HAVE A GREAT HOLIDAY. Exotic toiletries, fresh towels and hairdryers are all included
.
The villa provides  four large bedrooms (all en-suite) 2 at the ground floor , one facing the sea and two at the 1st floor each facing the sea , with air conditioning.

There is a spacious lounge with satellite large flat screen TV, DVD and CD player. There is also a large formal dining area with a teak table, which seats 12 with an additional 4 stoolsif needed .

High chairs, European standard cots and extra child-size folding beds are available free of charge.



Internet
: 
High-speed broadband wireless  Internet ( african standards )  is freely included by installation on your own laptop of a connecting programme of Zantel .  It is a prepaid service  !  You will need to buy a  kind of  credit card in Stone Town therefor .
