Cancellation policy:

25% non refundable deposit required to secure booking. Confirmation will be e-mailed to you once payment is cleared, a booking form will also be posted to you. The balance is required 10 weeks prior to arrival. If your arrival date is less than 10 weeks payment is required in full when you book. The price includes gas, electricity and plumbed water supply and is per apartment not per person. Cancellations - 50% refunded 29 to 56 days before arrival date. No further refund.

Should you have a ‘late arrival’ this will be agreed the following morning. A returnable deposit of £50 or the equivalent in Egyptian pounds will be made after a final check by the owner’s. You need a valid passport - you will be given an entry form to complete on the plane. If you wish to visit Cairo, Alexandria or Luxor you will need a separate Visa, which you can obtain from the airport on your arrival. Please also bring a photocopy of your passport to be held during your visit.
